Tech help

The thing not working?
Hand it over.

We sort out the apps, devices, servers, and home setups that other people gave up on. Plain English. Fixed price where we can. No upsell. The whole point of this studio is that you press play — so when you can't, we'll figure out why.

  1. 01 Tell us what's broken. Email or message — words, photos, swearing all welcome.
  2. 02 We tell you if we can help — and roughly what it'll cost — before any work starts.
  3. 03 You get a working setup back. With notes if you want to learn. Nothing if you don't.

Studio note

Software that respects you
isn't a feature.
It's the floor.

TR Studios is a one-person shop in Auckland. Every line of code is made by the same pair of hands. No funding rounds dictating the roadmap. No dark patterns. No data collected, sold, or reasoned about. Apps sync directly between your device and your server — uninstall an app, nothing of yours stays on a machine you don't own. Read the privacy policy if you want; it's short.
